The Cathedral clergy and staff wish you and yours a very happy Easter – and remind you that every day of the Octave (i.e. up to and including next Sunday) is a Solemnity continuing the Easter celebration, so festivities should continue too! Friday in the Octave of Easter is therefore not a day of abstinence from meat.
